I have a question about the 4000 share holder number. It was mentioned here before that each brokerage counts all share holders as 1. It was also mentioned that FINRA requested a share holder list. So evidently the brokerages can easily determine how many individual accounts are holding DOLV along with the number of shares each account is holding on a certain day. So the company and FINRA now have this information. What they do with it and for what reason is anybody's guess. The number round to 4000 looks interesting. What are the odds that it would be an exact number. Why not 3888?
