$NEWC - SEC screwed NEWC investors by suspending this ticker before the previously posted suggested date (I think it was Sept 22nd?).

Why doesn't the SEC give a final one month warning before suspending trading on any ticker? So what if retail bails and crashes the pps, at least the SEC would give them a chance to get out.

Feel bad for anyone tied up in any of these situations (yes, I've been trapped a couple times myself). SEC could do a lot better job to protect retail, if they gave a damn.

BUY fear, SELL excitement.
