that would be of value to a buyer......
real estate firms will post the information on what kinda lot it is and if it's a commercial broker they would have info on the property readily available for buyers to see.
That would bring on a buyer don't you think? To advertise a agricultural lot zoned for growing hemp? Or in your world the buyer gets a big surprise when they walk on the site and see a pot farm???
