Response from SSE's Jason Scott. Could be some kind of deal on the table, maybe not, filings will be the green flag, until then, taking it with a grain of salt...

"There is no merger and, any license agreement we have with IDVC would not be closed until they are up to date on their filings and other conditions are met."
