ZJMY is intentionally driving down the share price because they really would prefer Chinese shareholders and don't really want American shareholders. ZJMY wants to drive the price really low so Chinese employees, friends and family can get shares cheap. ZJMY management doesn't care for American pinkie players....they want American shareholders gone.
