I spent most of the day visiting the "twits". Always a trip! I read some good stuff there along with some not so much. I don't post there so I can't respond, which is probably a good thing. lol!

One S/T poster indicated he was going to vote for the R/S because he signed a petition saying he would if the R/S was applied across the board. LOL! He ought to be in politics!

Most are concerned about being delisted and would vote for R/S before letting CYTR go to the OTC. Not going to happen. Period. I'm basing this entirely on CYTR's current situation and the possibility that the NASDAQ appeals panel know more than the SH's in this regard. CYTR can also FURTHER APPEAL a negative ruling by the current NASDAQ hearing board. A lot of time left on NASDAQ.

I'm much more concerned about getting a boatload of facts out in the open than the NASDAQ listing issue. Like so many have WISELY noted, had these withheld facts been properly released in a timely manner, AND if not for past misdeeds by SK/BOD, we wouldn't be in this mess!

I'm going vote NO and stick it out with CYTR and hope SK/BOD can straighten up and fly right for a change. The howling of hungry wolves grows louder.
