There is no way to positively spin that PFSD has matched an ALL TIME CLOSING LOW today @ .0005 dating back to March 20 of this year.

Just another confirmation of a no confidence vote for CEO Michie and the sad POS stock he has turned PFSD into.

Only a change in CEO and BOD's not fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities and shareholders holding Michie's feet to the fire will change the outcome.

NO PRICE is a good buy as long as Michie remains CEO, imho.

That said... here comes the meaningless dead cat bounce next...
