Well, I don't think AdvisorShares can pay the settlement but they would be forced into selling AdvisorShares unless they work something out with Noah. I believe they will work something out with Noah and eventually sell AdvisorShares. If they don't work anything out Noah would be screwed because we would find a buyer for AdvisorShares and Noah would get nothing. Noah doesn't have a choice IMO he must work with Thomas.
