I hope you are right about the value of the URL. I was hoping there would be an attempt to recover the settlement money that was already paid out or an attempt to recover another source of value but there doesn't seem to be much activity.

So now we actually have to collect the money from AdvisorShares. What are the chances this happens since they weren't able to pay it in the first place? I know your thinking Thomas might leverage the judgement to gain ownership in the company. Advisors said they attempted to sell ownership to raise capital but nobody would buy.
