Let's run down the promotions, shall we?

The first one was back in May of '13. The sp adjusted for the last two R/S was around $5000.

The next was in August of '14 and the sp was $200.

Then, there was one in November of '14. Ouch. Two in the same year. The sp dropped to the $40 level that time.

Then, the sp dropped to just $3 in March of last year on the last promotion before this one.

Now, the stock is in the pennies.

Does anyone see a pattern?
