The Federal register says otherwise. It says, to be exact, that Walthers, IFUS & SE owe HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars to Adelstein Maybe Walthers and IFUS are not subject to U.S law? I know the ol' boy refuses to obey the law and tries earnestly to defraud people, but, as far as I know, he and the cabal are subject to U.S. law ...except when he is hiding in Canada, eh?


It doesn't matter if anyone denies they admitted MW/IFUS owes big bucks. Because the existing, recorded Federal judgment rules the day. That is reality.

Walthers will never get a feedlot. He can't even get a local farmer. Besides, he has no product, no equipment, no raw material and no employees. He is thoroughly disliked in Napoleonville because he has stiffed everyone ... including the local Cattlemen's Association ... and it didn't help when he had to be "removed" from Arabie Trucking by law enforcement.

Why would anyone invest a nickel with this charlatan?
