AFT is out of business, but AFTC is still a viable shell. I am satisfied as long as people know that AFT, the Company, is out of business, having no product, no property, no patents and no chance of reinstatement. If they still want to buy; fine. Actually for a few hundred dollars, anyone could start a new company using the names Alternative Fuel Technologies, or Alternative Fuel Technology, in Nevada or Michigan.
As far as AFTC, it is a clean shell, nothing more. Is it worth buying shares? Who knows. Since no one has been able to get through to KM, I wouldn't buy in, but different strokes for different folks.
