Stock has no volume...
Company can't issue Financials for years now....
Company has a ton of debts...
Company has probably no more money in the bank...
Deal is in the air for what 3 years?! This is a joke!! No way shareholders will see money....

The only logic conclusion for SDRG is BANKRUPTCY!!!
