Give me a break dude. Let me ask you who is going to replace Glenn? Those with a vested interest in CMGO (which you obviously don't have) know what's planned for the company and are willing to wait it out for as long as it takes to see what comes of the lawsuit, especially now that David Boise of Boise, Schiller & Flexner are handling the case. Glenn has mentioned to me in previous conversations that his focus will resume with CMGO and XA once the case is resolved, which considering who's representing the Plaintiffs should be sooner rather then later. Of course there are no guarantees on the outcome but considering the reams of evidence CMGO is in possession of and the success ratio David Boise brings with him, either a substantial settlement will be reached or they'll go to trial to seek out full damages being sought, which I'm sure will be the proffered approach.
