RD The way I am able to reason this cannot be explained. If SIAF owns the fishpond worth 18 million dollars and it is transferred to Triway and Triway afterwords ows SIAF 18 million dollars because of the transfer neither party gains anything by this. There is no change in the net assets of Triway just the gross assets before debt.
