Harumpf. As of late 2012, the mill was a rusting, vandalized mess--- a shell of what it had been. Too bad it never got used for anything. It is now too late.

Of course, MSJ has zero chance of selling the concessions for much more than the number I gave. All one needs to do is do some research on how much a property sells for... one in similar conditions to the CM and GC..which have no recent exploration or studies...and no proven reserves, hell, they don't even have a resource anymore.
