It's really going to be instructive to see how this opens after news, and then trades. Basically, in premarket, MMs match buyers and sellers and go from there. What does it open at if there are only a few sellers? I've seen small floats open several dollars higher and spike fifty cents and a dollar at a time. Crazy.

Those of you on the board good at math and reading complex financial PRs will hopefully give us a good idea of what PIOE "should" be trading at after we find out who they bought.
