Yeah, I understand the reasons to register as a domestic entity in one state and as a foreign entity in others. No need for anyone to edjimacate me 'bout that. It might make sense IF Aluf Holdings were a real business with real operations and real income, BUT

AHIX isn't, which just makes the Florida foreign registration terribly amusing.
