the share price is holding its own between 50 - 60 cents which is good.

Now the latest 8-k is interesting, showing that DPW has been buying lots of shares of AVLP in the open market over a period of time (314K SHARES, typo - the 8-k incorrectly states this as $314K at the bottom of the table), hmm... as well essentially DPW has been lending money to AVLP bigtime in form of conversion notes that have just been adjusted to .50/share, and now a credit facility of 5 million, no doubt for the production of MTI-X machines, likely on a larger scale than just a few of them, in my opinion. So they lend money to AVLP who will then essentially pay back to DPW since DPW will be building the machines for them (see many previous PRs/8-Ks from DPW outlining this). Does sound a bit circular but let's give this a little bit of time to percolate and come to fruition. That may be one of the intended purposes of the Digital Power Lending arm of DPW - to be able to lend money to AVLP *** and whomever else if it comes to that ***?

So, assuming full conversion, DPW will end up owning 75% of AVLP, but that's not including the convertible shares owned by the previous owners of MTI-X (Pravin Mistry and associates), so it would be less than that.

So while our shares will clearly dilute, including to the original owners of MTI-X from which AVLP purchased them, that may be just fine when looking at the big picture of MTI-X/s growth plan which certainly has to be more than "a few" MTI-X machines. I mean they're looking to take this across the entire globe in the textile industry, and why not? This could be so huge beyond what any of us can possibly grasp, at least I hope so, as I have not gone thru all this trouble to acquire shares just for a 10x return on investment, I'd like to see a lot more.

So, owning DPW who will benefit greatly thru this deal, not just from a revenue and profit perspective of producing the machines for AVLP, but also thru an ownership in AVLP shares, should prove to be very fruitful.

Hopefully I am not too far off the mark in the aforementioned analysis, as I am clearly a hacker when it comes to understanding this crap.
