Like I have previously posted, the share price cannot and will not sustain itself based on a 5:1 or 50:1 Revesre Split. I mean, who the hell in Penny World is going to pony up $12.50 a share for TRTC without significant profits to show for it? The current plan I see never gets to a profit until all shareholders have lost their shirt

That's exactly it.

You are right.

Nobody in the penny world would buy TRTC at $12.50 because the penny mentality is that virtually every stock is a scam, the only reliable metric to distinguish a "real" company from the OTC masses is profitability, and that all reverse splits inevitably end in armageddon

So then why do I want TRTC to perform a R/S?

Because lots of people in the Naz/NYSE world who wouldn't touch TRTC at $.25 with its current share structure would be bigtime buyers of the exact same unprofitable $200M market cap stock if it were trading at $10 with 20M shares outstanding

Why?

Because optics matter to people used to the looks of real companies with far smaller share structures that trade at much higher prices

And as far as profitability goes...

Growth companies at an early stage in their cycle like TRTC typically aren't aiming for profitability but for massive growth -- growth is prioritized over profits

Just look at all of the "real" young Canadian MJ stock leaders and see if their lack of profitability has prevented investors from buying them up to sky high valuations

TRTC after a 1:40 reverse split trading at $10 with 20M shares outstanding wouldn't look much different to many deep-pocketed investors than the larger Canadian MJ stocks, which currently trade for valuations over $1B

A R/S will wind up being the single biggest factor in causing TRTC to be trading at an unreasonably sky high valuation during the 2018 Marijuana Mania all of us will bear witness to in the next calendar year

Then again, is $50 (with 20M shares outstanding) unreasonable for an American MJ stock that has a complete monopoly on the publicly traded cannabis sector in the United States during an enormous cannabis mania?

Is $100?

Is $150?

Is $200?

Your unreasonable could very well be somebody else's reasonable...
