Primero selling Black Fox mine complex -

BLACK RIVER-MATHESON - Primero Mining Corp. has agreed to sell off the Black Fox mining complex east of Timmins, near Matheson, for $35 million.

McEwen Mining Inc. is a Toronto-based mining company with gold and silver projects in Timmins, Argentina and Mexico.

The Timmins properties include the Davidson-Tisdale project as well as percentage ownership of the historic Buffalo Ankerite property and the Paymaster property.
