Easy enough 99.9% of the time, but as I mentioned, .1% of posts can reasonably be interpreted as "off topic" or "on topic", so a mod has to choose.
I feel I can make the correct call almost all the time, but I do come across a few that I am not sure about, so I will TOS report them and let Admin decide....Those .1% do not fit neatly into TOS rules.
I also make the wrong call occasionally, and see a restore of my deletion, or a deletion that I thought was ok.

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
