SIGO IS EXTENSION OF VON BARON FARMS SCAM

The two directors/officers of SIGO, CEO Danilo TJ Magallanes and President/CFO Valerie Baugher, formerly worked at Von Baron Farms, which was owned by another penny stock. The effort was an epic fail, a true pump and dump with minimal sales generated despite the many press releases issued by the company.

What is shocking is that the Von Baron Farms Chief Sales Officer, Magallanes, and the Head of Dispensary Relations, Baugher, would dare to show their faces in another public company after that disaster. Further, there are a lot of connections between that scam company and this scam company. Just look at the lease filed in SIGO's S-1:

As described herein, Tenant, at its sole election, shall be permitted to sublease to one party only, namely to the California cannabis collective operating as VBF Brands, Inc.

The address of this entity that is on the SIGO lease?

https://www.ca-registry.com/C3823584-vbf-brands-inc

312 S Beverly Drive, #3401
Beverly Hills, CA 90212

This is the same address as the registered agent. It is also the same address as the other scam company, where this registered agent of VBF Brands, which has the sublease on the SIGO grow, is CEO.

WHEN YOU INVEST IN THIS SCAM, YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW IT WILL END.
