The rules might be clear, but language provides multiple ways to say things.
It's legitimate for mods & admin to have different interpretations of individual posts. 99.9% of posts are a clear decision, but the .1% are right on the line, and differences of opinion are understandable.
I am a longtime mod, and an Admin on a different forum, and have come across posts that were subject to Admin/Mod debate because they straddled the line, and were not clearly a violation. Mods/Admin makes "mistakes" due to these reasons.
"...And thus the confusion. In closing, the Ihub tos rules aren't open to interpretation...."
"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
