Yes agree for certain areas. I am sure where we are with the precautions we have taken as well neighbors working with one another things will be ok.

We are in Zone D which is a good place too be in the case of a Hurricane.

On the Gulf Coast Sarasota and Venice Fl historically are two of the best (safest) places too live in Fl due too their locations on the Gulf. Hurricanes usually by-pass both.

Areas Below Venice can get hit hard, areas above Sarasota the same. !

This is why when we moved here too Fl we chose Sarasota, Venice area.
