It's just too bad I held thinking they were going to announce on the 7th what it appears they will announce in a 12 - 24 months.

That's my bad, motivated by naive greed.

At least the good of this is if anyone is doubtful about insider intentions, they just laid out on a silver platter what's coming.

Dilution and what the equity raises will be used for.

Perhaps if this retraces to $2 I will double down.
