Where exactly are you getting that from? The 2nd option on getting more than 60%?

It seems to me that Thomas wants the 2.2 million and no interest in the company. Unless you are saying the is filing for the 2.2 knowing that Advisorshares can't pay it and hoping they will settle by giving Fund.com their 60% ownership back if Fund waives the 2.2 outstanding.

Also, there are new filings.
