But 5Barz is registered with the SEC, correct? Or are previous filings just voluntary? There is a Red Stop sign flag for the BARZ ticket on the OTC Markets site. It says the only way to remove the Red Stop sign is to deregister from the SEC - so by virtue of the fact that the sign is still there do we assume that they are registered? I mean all previous reportings, 8K, 10Q, 10K's are reporting to the SEC are they not?

I'm confused.
