The insider selling for such a small start up does not really concern me. I mean think about it, if you worked for a small risky start up, And you put your career into it with multiple hours a week, meanwhile you may have a family to support, a mortgage and all the rest of it...Not knowing positively if it's going to truly succeed in the end, would'nt you try to get all you could out of it while you could?
That's a basic human nature question, I think we all know the answer.
Whether it's perceived as right or wrong, it doesn't necessarily mean that they believe the company is going to fail, they're just getting all they can for the work they put into it. Aren't we all?
I realize full well that a lot of insider selling goes on when insiders believe that the company is failing. But a lot of insider selling goes on when the company is on the path to success, just to boost personal bank accounts. Right or wrong, human nature.
