It does look like this will be fully delisted at this time

The company maintains a website will incorrect asset information (per other public information)

However it does still control participating interest in a handful of oil / gas properties in India , which are active and producing modest cash flow (maybe in the millions of USD per year)

Once deregistered , with no market makers - can the OTC market still offer a forum to trade for existing stockholders ?

The current market makers just put up 10k bid/ask at a very wide range
