Is Qualcomm losing grip on the NXP deal?

1. European commission for the second time have paused its investigation on $QCOM's acquisition of NXP semiconductor.

2. The EU had earlier set Dec. 6 as its deadline for the decision. But Qualcomm failed to present the key details of the deal. This is definitely going to delay the takeover.
