I would expect something similar to that of the FL agreement. The FL license was an upfront fee + 3% of revenue on yr 1 then 4% and then 5%. Florida is still in the process of rolling out medical MJ.

Fee in the FL contract is $150,000 up front for medical and rec (if rec ever passed)

SO in CO I would suspect $150k fee or so upfront and maybe even 5% revenu on yr one just because we know the industry is established.

These ventures have no up front costs for EVIO so I would like to see a few more.

I'm hoping they will go with full ownership in CA given the volume there and scoop up licenses in some of these other states.

Potential revenue from this lab in CO IMHO $50k / yr (5% of $1M) IMHO but CoR is $0, Initial fee (assuming there is one) covers any hours required for training, etc.
