A Horrible Shame... What's Kevin done... Boasting that if he were the CEO of MDMN... there will be transparency... Boasting that there will be consistently timely communication... Boasting that there will be an un-gagged TA... Boasting that if he ran the company... the common shareholder would be given share price appreciation... Kevin was always degrading the past management... for incompetence... and lack of transparency... for lack of communication... for lack of a depressed share price...

Kevin promised... to recover every single share Les Price sold... Kevin promised... to recover every single penny from those shares... Kevin promised... that Les Price would pay restitution... Kevin promised... that he would see Les Price is jail...

Kevin wasted... so much valuable... time... money... and resources... going after Les Price... even when leveler heads were advising him... telling him... that was the wrong way to go... but Kevin wasted the money... resources anyway... AND RECEIVED NOTHING BACK IN RETURN...!!!

Les Price walked free... So little shares recovered... it was as if none were recovered... No money recovered... No restitution... No jail time...
Les walks with money in pocket... shares in hand... and looking towards a bright Scot Free future... with Kevin leaving MDMN and MDMN share holders... holding the bag...

Kevin has not delivered... not one promise he made before taking office... Kevin has undermined MDMN's share price by half... since taking office...
Kevin has/is living up to zero fiduciary responsibilities... he is suppose to have to the common share holder...

It's time to demand... someone competent... as CEO of MDMN...
