I see that! I got email alert also- $ADHC

I'm trying to find the connection / correlation between American Diversified Holdings and American Diversified Financial Group LLC- which acts as a stock- broker/dealer in Evanston, Indiana.
This paper filing suggests an official name change (MERGER) filed on 8/24/17 and accepted on 9/1/2017 to Broad Street Capital Markets LLC. The new location is Broad St - Newark NJ.

It's also not common for this to be a mistake as it's the SECOND TIME they have issued this under $ADHC and I see they also issued A report on 8/24/17 when the name change was first submitted. If there is ANY CORRELATION- it wouldn't surprise me as Ernest Reno was a financial advisor and represented broker dealers for many years based on his bio. Due to his elder age- it would make sense if he was trying to retire and was negotiating a deal also for his subsidiary - the broker /dealer security firm American Diversified Asset Managment Inc. Just seems interesting if Remo has any connection to these security brokers etc.

Just read CEO Remo's bio and history//-

NOW HERE IS THE Manta DESCRIPTION OF the ADHC subsidiary - American diversified Asset Maangement inc.- a security Broker /Dealer- So it would appear this isn't that far fetched etc.
