Good question. Why aren't all OTC scam artists in prison for securities fraud? My guess is because the SEC is overloaded, therefore taking a Buyer Beware stance on these trip zero stocks. It's a shame really, just looking at ATYG alone, they have known and convicted crooks involved in their insider enrichment schemes.
