Agreed. The PPS here will begin reflecting the value that has come into this company...its the Whopper Size:

"The transaction will add over 1,200 new merchant customers...and over $500 MILLION in annual payment processing..." 

Adding $500 Million in Annuals to the company's financials is the kind of value that can cause the PPS to grow as quartiles are filed...

"We expect Singular to immediately contribute over $10 million in annualized revenue to Payment Data Systems. The result should cause Payment Data Systems to record all-time high revenues in the fourth quarter of 2017, and a 10%-15% increase in revenues in the third quarter of 2017 as compared to the same period in 2016."

Third and fourth quarter filings here are going to be SEXY ;)...bagging more gains indeed I shall....Hgmmmm!
