I have seen this multiple times and the math says it was something like a dollar or a few dollars - wondered if it was just to have the activity of it being traded for some rule somewhere . yesterdays volume was good to see and there is much less now on the ask . there is a 10k @ .10 showing . nice to see it close at these levels - supports a nice trend taking shape.
I accumulate from time to time today just 1k on the ask.
