I do Ungs is a holding company that is suppose to be buying all of AMHD preferred shares.
Which will give Doc Anderson and UNGS control of AMHD. UNGS and Doc is what caused al the recent action and volume here. The deal has not went thru yet. hence the slow down in volume and price.
On July 22, 2017, Sylios Corp (UNGS) entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with an Officer of Amelot Holdings, Inc. ("Amelot") for the purchase of all issued and outstanding shares of Preferred stock of Amelot. Amelot is a publicly traded entity under the symbol AMHD on the OTC Pinksheets. The transaction is set to close on or before August 25, 2017.

UNGS has many subsidiaries. UNGS recently spun off the Greater Cannabis Co. and gave share holders 80.01% as a dividend and retained 19.99% for UNGS.
The Greater Cannabis Superstore has over 1000 products. My favorite is the Hemp hearts. They taste like Almonds to me.
