Under the current management a reverse split/merger will never happen.

There are no earnings, no business plan, and only htlm pages populated by a form for a service, that took 200 times what it should of cost to build. There is active criminal action and civil law suits all around this.

Anyone trying to salvage a single penny of their losses here is dumping on the next victim in line.
