Macdonald Tudeme gas written to many convertibles and can not get the money to catch up filings.
Macdonald owes 30 grand for web design and promotions from 2015/2016 to the Wave Group.
His web designer is very talented and just taking IOU's to try and collect old defaulted loans for his work while owning the Wave Group and from June 2016 to now.
Even the loan sharks who write convertibles at 40% of the 10 day average will not give Macdonald money.
The daily dollar volume and the lack of ability to catch up the filings piling up over 4 years will not allow to convert the loans.
