...Because they have nothing of value because Trahan liquidated all of the assets and took much of that money for himself...and sold as much stock as possible during that process, knowing the company would have nothing when he was done with it, resulting in this low SP.
The tax asset is likely expiring soon....and no real company would want to partner with these fraudsters to redeem it.
He has left a trail of unpaid employees and contractors and ripped off investors in his wake and has faced several law suits as a result. Unfortunately he believes he is untouchable because he thinks he can hide behind off shore companies to shelter his assets from law suits....but this isn't necessarily so.
You mentioned in an earlier post that you spoke to Trahan and that he gave you hope. If this is true, you should report what he said to you to the SEC...because he is not a registered broker dealer and should not be directing you to buy or sell stock. It is illegal for him to do so.
As an FYI, he is in a law suit associated with AWSL and ASI in Canada and I believe he may potentially be under investigation for fraud and money laundering. I should have more clarity on this soon.
