I called the TA for both AVDX and ARYC.

As you said AVDX'S TA refused any information.

ARYC'S TA initially said they cannot give the information because the company has asked them not to. When I asked when they received these instructions she said two years. I then told her I had called in the past and had always received the info. She said that was a mistake. She agreed to confirm a share count if I gave her one. I said 1.055 billion. She said yes. So it appears still no dilution.

Phew!!
