I'd say we're out of time on any HEFFX merger that was announced a year and a half ago. My guess is from knowing Shayne, this was never real or Shayne wasn't able to satisfy the requirements necessary for the exchange he wanted to up list on.

Either way shareholders got left out with this lack of follow through and what looked like possible serious stock appreciation run up. HEFFX does still show potential with continuing HEFFX company growth but needs a stronger pr campaign and company stock support program/policy.

This whole situation was sad really considering the strength in the OTC markets the last two years. HEFFX could of easily run big and shareholders could have benefited from it. The market momentum was there in the beginning from the first merger announcement.
