When any person purchases 50,000 shares @ $2.80 and invests $140,000.00, then there is a reverse stock split for now the person holds 3,300 shares worth $140,000.00.

Just to break even each of the 3,300 share is now worth $42,42 equally for the original purchased cost of $140,000.00
