It's only worth what the Court allows it to be worth.

What we know it to be worth, and what the Court decides is fair and equitable are two different things.

The last set of cleansing materials put it at over just $4Bil. The only way to get it to your number is to clawback the writedowns, or an utter explosion in oil prices, which probably will not happen before this BK is done.
