Couldn't it be that the stage the litigation is in, made KK think it's wise not to report for a while? Either to clean some sh#t up, or to keep some info like the amount of issued shares unknown. It doesn't mean it's directly related to the lawsuit, but it MIGHT be indirect. Just a possibility. But like I said. No one knows.

Also, as far as I remember about some research we did before, not reporting can go on forever without being delisted. It can happen only on the pinkies (or the basement of the pinkies if you wish) IMO
