The SP is going down - the trials are going on but seems the issue is with key trial completion dates.

I checked clinicaltrials.gov side and saw few trials updated at the end of Aug. 2 trials are related IBS are completed but remaining trial completion is in much future so there are no major milestones to bring price above $10
