Ok so has anyone heard anything recently about the actv vs Wddd lawsuit? Some major catalyst coming up that we may want to hedge our bets on! Im long actv @ 35$ and long wddd from
.028.

to be honest if the supreme court rules on the oilstates case to eliminate the ptab processes Activision is in serious trouble and due for a huge correction!
Wddd already has 6 validated claims against actv and it currently is in a CAFC appeal! If they get the rest of there 40 some odd claims reversed i think the scales will tip here and wddd sees at least 1$ per share settlement from Activision.. of course do your own DD i think personally actv will just buy the patents out right and settle so they can recoup a ton of money from a large list of other infringers! Anyway both seem to be a win win and wanted to see if anyone else had an opinion on this.. if Activision is stubborn and loses a jury trial we may be in for a rude awakening here! But i plan on making up the difference from the other side! Its deff worth checking out! Things seem to be heating up on the wddd side and i honestly think actv has been hiding this from us because they are so arrogant but running out of time and options!
people can easily play both side here and to be honest WDDD may be holding aces and it makes me a little nervous
However i stand to make decent money on a large settlement with worlds and deff keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't deflate us here!
