Frankly, I was never sold on the Satic deal and with this SS- and all the material events and filings it secured- this could easily secure a far more attractive suitor, a private company with larger revenues and potentially from a burgeoning industry like MJ, oil and gas or even Bitcoin and crypto currency.

The SS here is incredible and IMO- the pps has retraced to the bottom here which is why shares have dried up. This wil easily bounce hard on any material event occurring and I suspect they already have things in motion which is why I will continue to hold here.
