Yeah, I'd agree with that, there could be a plan for it, or it could just as easily be abandoned, wouldn't be the first time I've seen a company piss away $100K for nothing.

But the bottom-line is that the reverse merger has already occurred

Croe Inc(CRCW) = The Crypto Company

There is absolutely no need for a triangular reverse merger in the way that it is being described on iHub. The Crypto Company does not need to merge into RMRK to go public, the already have their public vehicle in CRCW and it's a done deal, Croe has been dissolved, it no longer exists as a public company....there is only The Crypto Company(CRCW).

Now it's plausible that TCC could finish the acquisition of RMRK, clean it up and spin off Economic Space Agency, Crypto Strategies, or something else.....but it's just but pure speculation, there is nothing official that would indicate that is going to happen. All we know is that Deb Thomas advanced $107,000 on behalf of Rimrock, prior to the merger/acquisition of TCC, to settle some of their liabilities, with the intentions of acquiring RMRK....thats it....nothing more.
